Through various testimonies from intellectuals, researchers, politicians, etc. from Cameroon, Africa, Europe and elsewhere, this book bring out the almost consensus on the economic, demographic, migratory and associative dynamisms of Bamileke people of Cameroon. Furthermore, the main socio-cultural factors that largely explain these dynamisms are identified and analysed. These factors are: The «Ha'a Fuck Ha'a Dzu», a social philosophy that puts accent on the accumulation of riches and men; A hierarchical and large opened society; The «Wa'agape», an economic system underlain by solidarity, sharing and the condemnation of laziness.
