01. Get connected, choose your online shop and fill your basket

• Once you are connected : www.sasayez.com, choose your online shop according to the place of withdrawal you want. . 

  

  If you only wish to buy a mobile phone recharge, go straight to RECHARGE MOBILE.
• Choose the products you wish to offer to your kins in the various categories and put them in the basket.

  

• Once you are through, go to your shopping cart..

  

  You can change quantities, remove some products and add others. If you are ok with your shopping cart, click on "ORDER".

  

02. Place an order

• If you already have an account in one shop on Sasayez.com, enter your email address and your password and click on "CONNEXION".  

  

• 1 - BILLING ADDRESS: Enter your personal information; do not give those of your relatives in Cameroon. The bill and the payment of your purchase are addressed to your name.
• 2 - DELIVERY METHOD: For now, we have one delivery method that is delivery at the point of withdrawal.

  SEPA FREE BANK TRANSFER in Europe: The transfer is generally received within 48 hours. If you wish your order to be treated faster, send us a copy of your scanned bank transaction receipt or any other proof of payment. Your command will be immediately confirmed. Please, do mention the number of your purchase order while making your bank transfer.

  ONLINE PAYMENT: Our website is secured with SSL technology; no need to worry when you are ordering. The"Urls with https://" and the green padlock are the signs of this technology (SSL Secure by StartCom). We accept CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners and others), SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG (account in Germany), BLUE CARD (account in France), PAYPAL (EC, Giropay, Visa, Master).

  Bank transfer on our AFRILAND FIRST BANK account in Cameroon: The transfer is generally received within 48 hours.   PAYMENT WITH MTN Mobile Payment on our MTN Mobile Money account, SASAYEZ.COM, Subscriber Mobile Number: 51 31 68 00. Orders shall be confirmed only upon reception of payment.

• ORDER CHECK: You can see the products in your shopping cart and their prices. It is compulsory to enter the name and the phone number of the receiver. Then, agree to the terms and conditions of sale and click on "ORDER".

  

  In case you chose an online payment mode, you will be redirected to a secure payment webpage to finalise your payment.

04. I have placed an order. What happens next?

• Thanks for being one of our customer. We will email you an acknowledgement of receipt and your order is validated by our team. When your command is validated, you receive a CONFIRMATION OF ORDER with a purchase order number (code). That code is unique. You can give it to your receiver in Cameroon.

• Sasayez team calls your receiver and gives him/her the CODE and the point of withdrawal as mentioned on the purchase order.

• The receiver gets the code (purchase order number) and can now go to the point of withdrawal with his/her national identity card to take the parcel you offered him/her.
